Four people who stay.
Tristan Roquette
Founder of GNAK. For more than ten years he has advised general managers and executive teams in Europe and China, and led the collaborative programmes through which family-owned companies such as ADEO, Bobst and Decathlon changed how they lead and organise. He sits on several boards and advises the French and European Chambers of Commerce in China.
Marion Van Bommel
A CELSA graduate, Marion spent ten years in communications and change at Air France-KLM, then worked in Capgemini's Accelerated Solutions Environment. She founded Woolz as an independent, and joined GNAK in September 2024. She designs transformation programmes and leads the workshops.
Anaïs Guyard
Anaïs has spent more than ten years designing collaborative sessions for strategic and operational change. She listens closely and keeps track of the detail. From January she reads every message sent through this site.
Raphael Benros
Writes what GNAK thinks and builds what GNAK uses, including RADAR, the design system and the agents.
What you buy when you buy us.
You buy a season of six to twelve months, not a number of days. In that time we design the strategy and the way people take it up as one piece of work, from the first questionnaire to the last manager kit. You get someone who pushes you hard and is still there when the strategy hits its first bad week. We use tested methods and put them together for you. We judge the work by one thing: what is still in use six months after we leave.
Where we come from.
It started in China. A leader told us his managers did not understand the strategy, and when asked, he could not explain it himself. A well-known firm had written it, and written it well, but nobody in the company felt it was theirs. We cut it to fit the company, rewrote it so people could add to it, and watched what happened when they did. The studio was founded in 2009 and worked for fifteen years under another name. In April 2026 it became GNAK, based in Lille and London.
We are French artisans who have all lived or worked abroad. We prepare more than anyone, then let the room do its work. We like beautiful things, and we like people. We are not the suits from La Défense.
